Referát: Management company profile (profil firmy)

The team of the qualifies managers that supervises more tahn 4 employees at present,overcame successfully all the difficulties in a hard work and helped the company to achiveve it position on the market among the biggest companies of electrotechnical industry in the Slovak Republic.
The company have in average 408 employees,of which 11 managers. There are 6 departments which are directly subordinate to general director and others 4 which do not relate with these department.
In generaly basic demands on manager candidates are:
- education qualified would be an efective English speaker with a university degree in Finance/ Accounting or Econom,
- certification in international accounting standards would be a big plus,
- candidate should be computer literate,
- experience qualified candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in managerial position,
- previous experience in introducing GAPP to operations of local companies would be a big advance,
- to know fluently English language and Russian is advance.
