Seminárna práca: Meetings (A formal and an informal meetings)

Meeting can be called for different reasons, usually to discuss some corporate problems or the future actions.

Meetings can be divided into 2 groups:

1. A formal meeting

A formal meetings are called i accordance with the company´s statutes. These meeting are chaired by chairperson and hve a fixed agenda.
Some types of formal meeting are:
- Board meeting - this is a meeting of company´s directors
- Annual general meeting ( AGM ) - meeting of shareholders on which they discuss anual report
- Extraordinary general meeting ( EGM ) - also meeting of shareholders, but not regular, they discuss some important current issue
