Nowadays, companies or employers can use many ways how to create an interest of potential employees. To get a passive candidate to apply for job that you offer you need to create an exciting job advertisement.
There are some principals for creating interesting and inspiring job advertisement: arouse emotion, stress strenghts, emphasize opportunity, be optimistic, and keep it short. You have to keep on your mind that you are interested in finding the best employee possible. You want to find somebody suitable for new position and candidate wants to be hired. Impressive job advertisement is first contact with candidate so you should try to create it in the best way possible. Important thing of creating a job advertisement is, that you don’t need to write two pages long advertisement, but it must be interesting and than you will be successful and you will get the best employee.
There are two types of job advertisement. The first one is structured into paragraphs and second one is written as a short story or an interesting monologue. Both of them have advantages and disadvantages.
