2 major systems
1. Binding = legal = law (stealing, murdering)
2. Non – Binding = morals / values, habits / traditions, religion (cheating)
Law – right, liberty, freedom
- duty / obligation (to pay taxes)
Law = a set of binding rules created by the Relevant Public Authorities (government) and enforced by the state
People are bound by law.
