Referát: Managing and the manager´s job

I would like to start by giving you information about Managing and Manager´s job. I have divided my presentation into 5 sections. In the first section I will remind definition of Management and Manager. In the second section I will describe “The Management Processes” which are planning, leading, organizing and so on. After that I will talk about different “Kinds of Managers”. Than I will go on “Areas of Management” because managers at different levels may work in various areas. Finally I will describe “Roles and Skills of Managers” which are necessary for effective performance.
