(Obligations arising out of contracts)
The principle of “freedom of contract” gives licence in setting own terms.
Parties are bound not only by contractual obligations but also by obligations inserted into contracts by statute (e.g. good faith).
Contract is a legally binding agreement of at least two parties intended to create an obligation. It stipulates mutual rights and obligations. It may be enforced by law.
