Introduction
Technology has had major impact on virtual and real society – the impact has been both positive and negative. The information age emphasizes new ways of production and information management thanks to IT devices such as video conferencing, collaborative software and of course, internet. New technology allows transmission of any information across vast distances in little time and at little expense. Virtual organizations are the ones who are dependent on IT and other technologies. They closely watch development and new trends in order to keep up in harsh and competitive environment in which virtual organizations operate.
