VERBAL COMMUNICATION: spoken language, spontaneous, repeat/explain on request, ask questions. Tone, modulation, fluency, pauses influence different meanings. Spoken language include laughter, sights, filler phrases for thought (“ums”, “you know”…), said can not be taken back. Verbal communication is different – whisper, shout, roar…
