Semestrálna práca: Implementácia Balanced Scorecard

This semestral thesis deals with the problem of increasing the performance of today’s organizations. The main method to achieve this goal is Balanced Scorecard. This paper contains the basic information about history of this method, main characteristics of this method and tries to describe the universal steps of implementation of BSC to any organization.
