The budget of the European Union is a treaty, which enables financing of all movements and operating activities of the union. At the same time this treaty divides resources regards actual priority and the politics.

This financial plan signed according to the budgetary principles, offers forecasts and permissions for every financial year and estimates future expenses and incomes, their detail description and circumstances, which are later included in the notes of the budget.
