I am writing because of problem. I would like to inform you that on 06.12.2015 I bought a Huawei P9 type device in the Orange branch store in Rimavská Sobota with a 2-year loyalty statement.
The device stopped to work in March 2015 and got to the service. The device failed again and become almost useless so 16. 12. 2016 I took the device to the point of purchase. I was informed by to the lady working there, when they got back device they let me know. On 5 January 2017, I went the store to inquire about the service status of the machine and they informed me that they can repair my mobile only in case I will pay for it.
I find it awful that filled a complaint with the telephone customer service which was rejected because there appears to be on error in the system, because there is indicated the date 12.12.2016. I repeatedly made a complaint in writing in the store, which was also rejected for the reasons outlined above.
My loyalty statement still has one year and I cannot use the service without a device. My device has been useless since then. However there is 2 years warranty for every product. The best solution for me would be to repair my mobile.
In such a case what can be done, since no one takes responsibility for anything.
