From means how to communicate, this means have become means for entertainment, education, and business. These technologies have gone through all spheres of human activity. Population is on the threshold to 'new information age' or a digital age. The environment is becoming more and more dependable on information technology. Even in business conditions are these means of communication very popular and therefore in recent years the term e-commerce used more frequently. The thought about businesses and payments performed through impersonal contact is not the new hit, but it became more realistic with networks development and lately internet development.
