This chapter will look at the research methods used in this project. As it is possible to conduct primary research and also secondary, both of them are included in this section and clearly explained why they have been used.
The methodology is the process applied to gather data within a research study framework. Saunders et al (2003) describes the process based upon a three-folded model referred to as onion model which three main components are philosophy, research approach and data collection methods. The subsequent sections explore in detail each specific constituent of the model.
