Chicago, jedno z najväčších amerických miest, leží v štáte Illinois, v jeho severovýchodnej časti, v blízkosti jazera Michigan a na dvoch riekach: Chicago, ktoré preteká centrom mesta a Camulet v priemyselnej časti South Side (Južná Strana). Je to najväčšie mesto v Illinois, tretie najľudnatejšie mesto Stredozápadu a jedno z najvplyvnejších miest na svete. Často sa mu hovorí aj Veterné mesto, Druhé mesto či Mesto Chi.
