Relating to the clients account with the bank is provided by means of electronic communication media on condition the client has a current account with the bank and requests access to electronically provided banking services. The scope of services implies passive transaction with authorised. Access by the client or all transactions that the bank offers. The client is entitled to submit payment orders to the bank by means of electronic data interchange. The bank processes the payment orders issued by the client, delivered by means of electronic communication media and accepted by the bank if such orders are complete with the personal identification number and the password agreed on with the client. The bank is entitled to implement and require to use of additional means of authorization.
