ABSTRACT
The aim of this thesis is to provide of basic information about the development of Internet Banking than in Slovak republic, as well as in the world and about the Mobile Banking. The thesis consists of three main chapters. The first one describes the theoretical concept of Internet Banking, the formation and development. The second chapter is focuses on the convergence of information about client protection in the use of Internet Banking. The third chapter is to provide an overview of changeover from Internet Banking to Mobile Banking.
